Recommend a Child

The Joy Providers team creates amazing experiences for children who live with medically complex illnesses that affect every aspect of their lives. We count with volunteers, donors, sponsors, medical professionals, businesses and our community to ensure we “prescribe joy” to these special kids and their families.

Who qualifies?

Children and adolescents who attend PPECs in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach for services are potentially eligible for a special day or “joy prescription” by Joy Providers.

The Criteria

The child or young adult must be a registered patient at a local PPEC in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach and actively receiving services.
Diagnosed with complex medical condition that affects every aspect of their life.
The child/young adult has not received an experience or major gift granted from another organization.
Five years of age or older
